Concept Office
Solutions is a young Western Australian owned and operated company. The 2 owners have over 50
years experience in the Customer Service Industry. The Managing Director has an Economics Degree from
Sydney University and an M.B.A. from the University of Western Michigan. During his 12 years in USA,
Europe, Asia and Japan, working for a major billion dollar international company, he has had an excellent
opportunity to observe and put into practice ‘Excellence
in Service’ policies here at Concept. ‘Excellence in Service’ is our focus.
Concept Office Solutions was created originally to introduce the Steeline® and Pan Office Oscar brands of quality office furniture to Australia. Steeline® manufactures wall systems, partitions, workstations, boardroom and meeting table legs, storage units and Compactas, bringing comfort and function to your office. Our Cabinet Making Division works independently and in tandem with the Steeline® Agency to give greater flexibility, offering our clients unlimited design options, in many varied configurations, materials and finishes.

Steeline® is an international manufacturing company which has been established since 1949, supplying Asia, Europe, USA and now Australia. Steeline® has manufacturing divisions consisting of steel, powder coating, wood and upholstery and is proving to be a market leader with internationally recognised ISO9001 Factory Certification for manufacturing and the ISO14001 Environmental Certification.
Our Cabinet Making Division is based in Bayswater, Western Australia. We have a 1600 sq mtr. showroom and cabinet making factory. This allows Concept the space needed for our state of the art machinery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in measuring, cutting, assembly and installation of all the joinery and cabinet needs of our clients. Our factory is run by highly qualified Production Managers ensuring a smooth transition of your project throughout the factory and maximum value for money products. Concept has carefully selected highly qualified Cabinet Makers and trades people to ensure that our output is manufactured to the finest quality and efficiency and installed with the utmost professionalism. Two employees are very experienced French Polishers, operating our Spray Booth, using lacquer and French polish systems. We also have an in-house Interior Designer to assist our commercial clients, in making exciting, practical cost effective choices to fit any budget.
Concept offers a huge range of custom commercial reception counters, tea preparation facilities, boardroom tables and credenzas, feature wall panelling, cupboards, free standing desks and workstations and storage units in a variety of materials and finishes to satisfy all our clients’ needs.
Concept has an Occupational Health & Safety Management System Manual
based on Australian Standards 4801-2001 to which we work. A Staff Induction programme is part of our
Safety Manual procedure and our staff take pride in the standards we have set for the Company. Company
Employee Safety and General Policy Handbooks are given to all employees. All employees wear
company uniform as part of their “pride in themselves and in their company” standard.
